Clients who work with me learn to become more mindful of their thoughts and feelings, building powerful awareness that allows them to use practical skills to handle life’s many stresses. Our society can be overwhelming these days, and learning to take a new perspective can be a real game changer. I have had particular success working with young adults struggling to transition into the “grown up” world.
I have a scientific background, therefore I am committed to using techniques that work and are evidence based, such as Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Schema Therapy.

Fees
Individual counseling sessions are $120 for 50 minutes. Couples sessions can be extended to 80 minutes at a rate of $140.
Payment options: cash, check, and credit/debit card
Reduced fees are available on a limited basis. Please call to discuss options that are affordable for you.
Insurance
I do not take insurance at this time. Insurance companies often require a certain type of therapy and limited amount of sessions, often not aligning with a client's goals of getting better.
Your insurance may cover the full or part of the fee as an out-of-network provider. You will need to inquire about mental health benefits, deductibles, number of sessions covered, etc. with your insurance.
Cancellation Policy
You are required to give 24 hours notice if you cannot make an appointment. You will be charged half the cost of the session for no-shows or late cancellations.
