Thanks for stopping by my website.  I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, which means I earned my Master's degree in Counseling and then accrued thousands of hours of experience before getting licensed.  My background is diverse, as I have spent much of my career working in the scientific field, and now am applying my compassion to help others in a more direct way.  

My therapeutic approach is eclectic, using various techniques to address each client's unique needs.  First and foremost, I offer unconditional support, without judgement, drawing from humanistic and existential counseling theories, with a big dose of humor.  I have a strong interest in using mindfulness to help us experience our lives in the present moment, helping to examine our lives using our bodies, hearts, and minds.  I have a passion for broadening my knowledge of the human experience by studying neuroscience, eastern philosophy, psychology, and health and wellness to continually add to my holistic approach to self actualization.

I live in St. Louis, MO where I love to hike, swim, play music, and spend time with my family.
